If you can identify the negative programming and acknowledge it, you will be ahead of most people.

Now you can get ready for the positive changes! You will need to replace that negative and destructive programming with positive programming. There are various methods with which you can accomplish this. Changing your subconscious thoughts with positive messages is key.
