I used to get so stressed that I would get incredible headaches, not to mention yell at my kids and family, and sometimes say things I regretted.
I used a technique that I read about where you count slowly, and breath heavily and continue to do that until you have calmed down enough to deal with whatever situation you are facing. It works for me!
