Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale Rating

For even numbered questions, (2,4,6,8, and 10), add up your answers based on these point values:

Strongly Agree = 0

Agree = 1

Disagree = 2

Strongly Disagree = 3

For odd numbered questions, (1,3,5,7, and 9), add up your answers based on these point values:

Strongly Agree = 3

Agree = 2

Disagree = 1

Strongly Disagree = 0

Total the points for the 10 questions. The higher the score, the higher your self esteem.

Scores below 15 suggest low self esteem.
