Expressing Gratitude

Expressing gratitude can bring so much to your life. Have you ever heard that you cannot get what you desire unless you are satisfied with what you already have?

To most people that may seem like a contradiction, since a common belief is that it is impossible to be motivated to change unless we are dissatisfied with our current situation.

Well, that isn’t exactly true. In reality, when we pay close attention to those things that are not right in our life, it is likely that we will continue to get more of the same, since what we focus on is what we attract.

Practicing and expressing gratitude is actually a powerful way of opening up to prosperity and abundance. Feeling grateful makes us more receptive to the gifts in life we already have, and causes us to attract more of those gifts into our life.
